CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
Marivent Apartments guarantees the flats from 16:00hrs onwards.
The check-in is virtual: we will send you a link to the application from which you will manage your pre-check-in, entering the guests’ details and making the payment within the stipulated period. You will also sign the contract from the application.
On the day of your arrival, we will send you instructions on how to access your flat and the car park and other important information.
Early check-in is subject to availability, with an additional cost of:
- LOW SEASON 30€ from 12:00hrs onwards.
- HIGH SEASON 50€ from 12:00h onwards
The check-out time for the flats is 11:00h.
Late check-out is subject to availability, with an additional cost:
- LOW SEASON 50€ until 16:00h
- HIGH SEASON 100€ from 16:00h onwards

Most of our flats have a sea view.
Most of the flats have a private Jacuzzi on the terrace and the timetable for access is completely free.
- From 15th October to 15th May the jacuzzis are not operative.
- The water in the jacuzzis is at room temperature.
Most of our flats have a hydromassage bathtub; this will depend on the type of flat you choose, as we also have flats with showers.
All flats are equipped with a full kitchen, dining room, and terrace. Extra cutlery, a juice squeezer, and a blender are available on request.
The price of the flat includes sheets, towels, and toiletries for all the people in the booking.
Smoking is not allowed inside the flat, and parties are not allowed.
Yes, but there is an additional cost for pets, with a maximum weight limit of 15 kg. You can see the pet regulations here.
Pets are not allowed in the communal swimming pool.
SERVICES
We have a communal area with washing machines and dryers for the use of our guests.
The price of the flat includes a parking space for one car.
Yes, you can enjoy our reading room, pool bar, indoor and outdoor swimming pool, spa, lift with direct access to the camí de ronda.

POOL & BEACH
The communal swimming pool is open all year round. Opening hours from 8:00 to 21:00h.
Pets are not allowed in the communal swimming pool.
The flats are located 3 minutes from the nearest beach, Playa Cap Roig, which you can access directly using the lift of the Hotel & Spa Cap Roig.
