The family flat is distributed over 3 floors. It has 3 double bedrooms with a 150 cm bed, one bathroom with shower and two with whirlpool bath, as well as a dressing room. It has a Chillout with a Jacuzzi with ambient temperature water where you can rest and relax enjoying the sea view. The apartment has free wiffi, safe and air conditioning. From October 1 to June 2024 the jacuzzis in the apartments are not operational.

The building has a lift, a garden, an outdoor swimming pool and a communal washing machine. All apartments are equipped with a full kitchen, dining room and terrace.
